Austin is the Capital of Texas, home to executive, legislative and judicial branches. The capital dome is the second largest in the US after the capital dome in Washington. The Capital is one of Austin's most popular tourist attractions.

Austin is the home of the University of Texas. Hook 'em Horns! If you enjoy college sports, it doesn't get any more exciting than this. Are you into pro basketball? History and Culture
