TeamWorks gives your organization the ability to turn your process diagrams into efficient, executable processes. TeamWorks provides a single, easy-to-use Authoring Environment that provides a graphical design experience that enhances team collaboration. The Eclipse-based Authoring Environment includes powerful applications to:

The Process Modeler allows users to define processes that involve people, data, rules, systems and events in one place. The result is a complete, accurate picture of the process. Since the Process Modeler uses the BPMN standard and can import from leading modeling tools or BPEL, TeamWorks quickly leverages your existing modeling investment. The Process Modeler automatically generates complete documentation for a process and all of its sub-processes, a critical requirement for compliance with regulations like Sarbanes-Oxley.
Simulate Processes
The Process Optimizer simulates the performance of process models using in-flight, historical, and simulated data. Business users can create multiple what-if scenarios for a single process, or compare multiple process designs side-by-side to understand which designs will be optimal and which areas to focus on.
Make Forms Part of the Process
Building efficient user interfaces and forms is an iterative process. Target users provide their best feedback when they can see and interact with the actual forms. The Coach Designer is a graphical environment for rapidly defining rich user interactions. Support for templates, personalization and diverse execution environments dramatically reduce time to implement and ongoing maintenance.
The TeamWorks Rule Service enables business analysts and developers to quickly and simply define business rules and corporate policies graphically. Rules are defined in a spreadsheet-like interface, and rules can be chained together, represented hierarchically, and managed centrally.
Leverage Existing Systems
Service oriented architectures (SOA), enterprise service buses (ESB), message queues, and other application infrastructure are all important enablers of BPM. The Connector Framework contains many out-of-the box connectors to popular systems and includes an integration wizard that walks the user through consuming Web services and integrating process applications directly to existing ERP, ECM, EAI and legacy applications.
Measure Performance Not Tasks
The Process Modeler allows users to define data, milestones, and intervals to automatically track as a process executes. This information provides the basis for run-time visibility that managers can use to understand the performance of their processes.
Validate the Design
Since the process you draw is the process that executes, business and technical users can watch the process run in real-time and interactively validate every part of the process — the flow, the rules, the data, the forms, and the reports — all at the click of a button. And if a change is required, it can be made and the process can be run again immediately — no compiling, linking, starting and stopping different applications. This unique Playback capability is the most efficient mechanism for driving collaborative process validation in the BPM market.
Manage and Deploy Process Assets
TeamWorks enables you to effectively version and manage your processes and automatically understand the dependencies between components. Armed with utilities to import and export those components across development, test, and production environments, TeamWorks provides a complete suite of tools to protect, manage, and deploy your process assets.
