TeamWorks provides the tools for you to understand your process problems and the optimal resolution, as well as to deploy the changes quickly. At Lombardi, continuous process improvement is a philosophy that is fundamental to everything we do. All of our customers build follow-on process improvements and most are improving even their mission critical processes in 5-8 week iterations, allowing them to outmaneuver the competition and respond to internal and external business conditions. The reason most enterprises implement BPM for their processes is to understand and improve them. To do so you need more than just providing traditional development and analysis tools for processes. TeamWorks provides the ability to:

Identify Your Process Problems
The TeamWorks Process Optimizer combines historical, in-flight, and simulation performance data in its performance analyses to provide a single view of process performance visually in the diagram with heat maps. The Process Optimizer can run historical data through proposed new versions to understand the real impact they will have.

Compare Business Scenarios
TeamWorks provides the ability to define and compare multiple process improvement and analysis scenarios side-by-side so that you can visually compare the effect of one change vs. another. TeamWorks can also build business cases based on your process data to compare, for example, how an improvement affects just large customers, or a specific region. By leveraging your process data, TeamWorks allows you to analyze your process the way you analyze your business, by the segments that are strategic to you.

Find the Best Path
Processes are complex, and analyzing them requires a multi-dimensional view into process performance. Simple bottleneck analysis is a start, but TeamWorks lets you understand more than where a bottleneck occurs, but also at what time, what path the process took to create that bottleneck, and the cost of each activity. Path analysis provides a more complete view into process performance to understand what happened and what will happen when you deploy a change.

Choose the Best Rules
TeamWorks looks at the business data flowing through the process to predict which new business rules would be optimally effective. By correlating your business data with process performance, TeamWorks goes well beyond telling you there is a problem that you should throw people at, but instead, how to optimally solve it, and then compare the results of the newly improved scenario with the existing one.
