This course will teach participants how to model and implement business processes with Lombardi Teamworks. This course will demonstrate how Teamworks can support different modeling goals using actual business processes as examples. Individual exercises allow participants to practice interpreting requirements into a working business process model in Teamworks.

Objectives

• Model a business process using Lombardi Teamworks and BPMN core elements
• Perform process data collection and mapping analysis
• Design user input forms
• Control the process flow using gateways
• Use intermediate events to ensure business process conforms to service level agreements
• Test a business process model
