Today we're proud to announce our latest product releases, which are now full-fledged members of the IBM BPM portfolio.

Lombardi Blueprint is now IBM BPM Blueprint.

Blueprint still offers one of the easiest ways for your team to discover, document, and share detailed knowledge about your key processes, as you identify specific areas for process improvement. With this latest release:

  • Get started quickly using process maps from a new Template Library preloaded with “best practice” APQC Process Maps from IBM BPM BlueWorks.
  • Focus only on those changes that matter to you, using the enhanced "What's New" activity feeds.
  • Integrate with the rest of the IBM BPM suite, via a native export to WebSphere Business Modeler.
websphere- Lombardi Edition Lombardi Teamworks is now IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition.

WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.1 still offers one of the most flexible platforms for rapid delivery and improvement of your process applications and also includes all of the innovative features introduced in Teamworks 7.0, including Process Center, Snapshots, Toolkits, and back-in-time versioning. With this release:

  • Build upon the robust, highly available (clustered) execution environment provided by WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V7 – now embedded in the product.
  • Enjoy the simplified Lombardi installation experience using a single installer that can do your custom configurations, or “express installs” utilizing embedded DB2 Express, in just a few clicks.

Education and Services

In the coming weeks we will be working to integrate Lombardi University and Lombardi Services into the comprehensive IBM WebSphere education and services portfolios. Again, along with some minor name changes, you can expect the same great offerings:

  • Lombardi University courses and certification will continue to be available as IBM WebSphere Lombardi education. Role-oriented education tracks, on-the-job mentoring, and multiple levels of skills training and certification still provide the best ways for you and your team to build your BPM capability and expertise.
  • Lombardi Services will continue to be available as IBM WebSphere Lombardi services. Lombardi On-Demand Assistance (LODA) provides your team with three levels of on-demand expert consulting, via a subscription model. And you can leverage Lombardi Solution Delivery services to help your team deliver a project, establish a program, or set up a Center of Competency.
