Overview
This course supplements traditional project management methodology by covering differences to consider when involved in a Business Process Management (BPM) implementation. Topics include iterative development, identifying and selecting processes for projects, a BPM project's life cycle, and the aftermath of a BPM project. In addition, this course examines concepts of Program Management in a BPM environment. Provided classroom activities and business scenarios will allow participants to practice concepts introduced in class.
