Blueprint’s upcoming Spring update is one of our biggest releases yet and you won't want to miss this introduction. Blueprint’s Sr. Product Manager, Dave Marquard will walk us through the new features, including:
- Leverage and Share Your Processes: The new "participant" role enables you to allow anyone inside or outside your organization to view, offer feedback on, and collaborate on processes in Blueprint. Access controls ensure that the right people have access to the right projects. Blueprint isn't just a tool for your team anymore -- it's the place for everyone in your company or your partners’ organizations to learn about, reference, and improve processes.
- Process Visibility and Transparency: Activity Feeds keep you up to date on what's happening with processes that matter to you. Using concepts borrowed from social networking, Blueprint notifies you of changes to not only the processes you're working on, but also the ones that may affect you upstream or downstream.
- Track and Reuse Common Assets: It's easier than ever to streamline your processes and reuse common assets. The "Where Used" view shows you instantly where any of your process assets are utilized across your entire enterprise. Answering questions like, "who will be affected if we shut down this legacy system tomorrow?" is just a single click away now.
- Improved Usability and Productivity: The Blueprint design team has spent months doing research and gathering your feedback. The result is a substantially improved interface that is not only easier to use, but also more productive.
